I bought a copper mesh on sale at Hobby Lobby after Christmas. So, I though I'd try it out. I sprayed it with Miracal Metallic Silver and cut a thin strip. It looks as close to scale as anything else I've seen.
This is the second version of my N Scale Model Railroad. It is housed in a 900 square foot building and has over 1000 feet of track. There are 3 railroads represented: Norfolk Southern (NS), Winston Salem Southbound (WSS) and the High Point Thomasville & Denton (HPT&D).
